To come to a conclusion of what is the Strongest heroic, it is not right to go blindly based on the Ranking Chart. So, is it right to compare this way ? Not at all.
High Overlord (Rank 3) vs High Nucleus (Rank 48) - High Overlord can't crit High Nucleus, but High Nucleus can crit High Overlord. High Scorchwing (Rank 2) vs High Tension/ Octane (Rank 46,47) - High Scorchwing can't crit Either of Octane or Tension, But both can crit High Scorchwing. High Resolution (Rank 1) vs High Zephyr ( Rank 27) - High Resolution can't crit High Zephyr, but high Zephyr can crit High Resolution. Based on Least Elemental Coverage : High Tectonic and High Celestial - Crits only 4 ElementsĬomparison of both dragons on same level, same Rank and Same Empowerment. Based on Weakness : Any Heroic that has 2 Crit Defense is in same category. Based on Total Attack Points: High Nucleus : 4,400 Attack Points. 
Based on Maximum Elemental Coverage : High Commander and High Tidal - Crits 8 Elements.Based on Weakness : High Arcane - No Weakness.Based on Total Attack Points : High Resolution : 9,000 Attack Points.A recent comment stating, " High Resolution is the strongest" actually triggered me.
